Once again, the racists and anti-Semites are exploiting a tragedy of great proportion and one that binds the nation to spew their hatred and seek to divide the nation. While they may be small in number, their reach through the Internet is of great concern. Their messages of hate must be countered by the good words of good people.

Forcing the parties to compromise.

His remarks are un-Christian and a perversion of religion. Unlike Robertson, we don't see God as cruel and vengeful.

It's got to be tedious for the president. He stands there with Laura, we're each introduced, he knows some, he doesn't know others, some people bend his ear. It's not an in-depth anything.

We would hope that good Christian leaders would distance themselves from Pat Robertson's remarks. It is pure arrogance for Robertson to suggest that he has divine knowledge of God's intent and purpose based on his interpretation of scripture.

The bias against Israel, ... has been institutionalized for 50 years, so to expect a miracle in 18 months is having unrealistic expectations.

We are not opposed to any effort in the African-American community to build respect, responsibility and opportunity. We are deeply disappointed that the only leadership it can have is a bigot and a racist and an anti-Semite and conspirator.

The bias against Israel has been institutionalized for 50 years, so to expect a miracle in 18 months is having unrealistic expectations. It is shocking and ironic that this one-sided boycott effort comes at a time when Israel is making a series of dramatic steps toward peace, including the recent withdrawal from Gaza.

Michael Jackson has an anti-Semitic streak, and hasn't learned from his past mistakes. It seems every time he has a problem in his life, he blames it on Jews.

When the U.N. found itself being attacked for scandal and irresponsibility, one way to establish responsibility was to stand up to this institutional bias against Israel.

The place for religion is in church, synagogue and in the home and in one's heart, ... Certainly, we think it's contradictory to the American tradition to put it on the campaign trail, to say, 'Vote for me because I'm a believer.'

It is outrageous and shocking, but not surprising, that Pat Robertson once again has suggested that God will punish Israel's leaders for any decision to give up land to the Palestinians.

I'm nervous about this.
